Default error reporting - oddity


How come in my virtual host container this displays errors:
    php_flag display_errors On
    php_value error_reporting 2039

but this doesn't
    php_flag display_errors On
    php_value error_reporting E_ALL

I believe 2039 does stand for E_ALL. It is teh same thing but something to do with php intepreter. Nothing to worry about.
