i really have a mind set to implement an online hotel reservation.

1) i want to know what programming applications best suited that i could use like:
                what server side script and server
                what database application and
                what interface.

2) although i have designed the different modelling stages like:
                 hierarchical chart of a proposed hotel reservation system
                 data flow diagram and
                 the entity relationship diagram.


3) it's actually just the coding and the implementation.thats why i need your help to know precisely, what programming softwares/appliacation to code and implement an online reservation system.

Hi,

I don't think there is a cookbook for making a reservation application with PHP. I've managed to learn all my PHP without books and simply follow tutorials online.
Best thing to do is look for tutorials online how to build a reservation application. Once you get your application working you should focus on some of the security issues.

If you find online tutorials unpleasant which is totally understandable for the comfort of reading. Just ask around some more for advice in the books section of this forum.
