how do i go about displaying a picture file that i have uploaded using php on the same page i uploaded it from???
for example if i want to add users to a database and when viewing their records the picture should be showing with each user selected.

I don't understand. Are you saying that every user has a avatar picture. Or are you saying that every user has access to a number of pictures.

If you want to use avatar pictures just add a image field to the users table.

i mean each user with a his/her own avatar that should display when the administrator is viewing the users record. it should serve as a sort of identification. i'll be grateful for your input.
