A classmate lent me his Beginning PHP4 (2000). I have two questions:

If I'm on Windows XP, do I still need to download Personal Web Server, or do I already have it? Start > Search didn't turn it up. If I must download it, where can that be done for XP instead of for 98, as the book directions read?

I'm directed to download PHP4 from php4win.de and that site's no longer there. Is there a new recommended site to download PHP4? If not, can anyone offer me any hints to search one out?

Why dont you just use Xampp. Sets up all you need and its free.
