Zend Framework Related Issue

Hi,
I am new start in the Zend technology Framework But I don't have the clear idea how the working of application is made in the zend,Is it same as MS Dreamweaver and or something different.If diffrent please tell me.I read the thing but I am not quite clear plzzzzz help me.... :-)
