Default SuperGlobal variables

When HTTP communication goes through between a web server and a Browser, How do some variables end in the SuperGlobal variables. What is the order of this event.
The HTTP request is first passed to the web server and from there?
When are the variables passed to the SuperGlobal variables

Hi,

"SuperGlobal" are predefined variables and rather special in that they are automatically available in every scope the moment the server receives the HTTP request.
