Registration Form

Hi, I'm new to dreamweaver cs6. Currently undergoing a course project.

I have problem linking my registration form to my user access page.

I'm not very too sure with the hidden text field where as i would like to link it to phpmyadmin with the user table with my registration table.

content of the relation table both are user_id.
