I have a .dll file I want to edit it
Can i edit existing dll file?
how can i do that?

No you can't do this with vb - if you had the source code to the file, then you could re-save & re-compile the source into another *.dll file, but you can't 'rip open' an existing *.dll file with vb to look at & modify it's code...
