Countdown Timer

I facing problem on the code for the following flow chart......

Flow chart:-
A) Start 4 hour Countdown Timer
B) Display 4 hour Countdown Timer
C) Is Countdown Timer Completed?= No (~Go to C) = Yes (~Go D)
D) Display Message (Reach the point, if not hit F1, if yes hit F2 to continue) = F1 (~Go back to A) =F2 (~Go to E)
E) Display Message ("Start Take Poit")

Anybody know how to write the coding? Can Help.........??????

What interval do you need to diplay? Every second, every 10 seconds?
