I am very beginner in graphics programming through VB 6.0,
I need to send an Image through win sockets frequently,
so I need a .jpg image for faster transportation, but I am having images in the .bmp format.
So want to convert .bmp files into .jpg picture files.

Any links,Downloads,help will be appreciated

So you don't want to make a program to convert the images, you just want them converted, so you can send them. Right?

Then surely you can use Paintbrush to convert them to the .JPEG format, no?
