MS Access Unknown Error

Dear sir,

I was using MS office XP. Suddenly the MDB Tables are unable to open. Then i have tried MS office 2000 and Office XP several time to solve the problem.

Still it is not working giving Unknow Error with No -2147217900.

Now it can open database but could not open thedatbase tables.

Would you please reply what are the steps to solve the problem.

dear Mahbub,

im also working with MS Access..i think you may have some problems with the permission of the access tables..
first open the Ms access database and then check the permission by Tool-->security .
sometimes you may done this already.

Hi Mahbub,

I think you are not using the MS Access version which used to create the database. If so you might not avble to change the table, query design.
Try to convert your database to the prior version.
