Error In Desktop ExeFile

Hi All !

I've an Exe file of VB's project which is working properly from Root directory but when I copy this file to the Desktop then I am getting an error which is:

Run-time error'-2147467259(80004005)':
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver for oracle][Oracle]ORA-06413:Connection not open.

Thanks for any suggestion....
