Default Time Capturing

Pls can somebody help me to capture the time from VB each second and every minute...
I mean to say...
I have to Run such a programe which can understand that when 9:00 PM/AM comes and then do some particular tasking assigned to it.

any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

There is a way to do this with Windows APIs. You pass the API the address of the function to call, and at the specified time the function runs.

You can also put a stopwatch on a form giving it a 1 second interval (1,000 mS), and chenck the time each time the stopwatch interval passes.

   for your suggestion...
   can u tell me how can I close any application in client system..
   I mean I have to close the Internet Explorer of client's system in a particular time.
   how will I do that...
