Default macro help for the VBA impaired

Hi All,

I'm very new at VBA and creating macros, such that I cannot read a stitch of code! i am in trouble! I'm trying to modify a macro so that it deletes the words "Sample of" in the column title for the entire row 1. The columns read "sample of filament PS" or "sample of source bias", etc.
Also, I made a macro that graphs the first column as a function of time, however i need to modify the macro so it graphs every column as a function of time seperatly...giving me a series of graphs I can compare.

now that i've gone on and on, would someone assist me? it would be greatly appreciated :)

cheers!
-Christen
