Visual Basic 5.0 using Crystal Reports

I am moving a VB 5.0 using Crystal Reports application from one server to another. The new server testing has an issue. When I print labels to an Okidata Micrline 380 printer the labels do not print the City , State, Zip but if I select veiw printer and print from there they print OK.
