Time Shift Logic !!!

hello Friends!!!

  Can anyone help me here...its very urgent..
  I am working for PayRoll system..
  But I am stuck suddenly..in attandence module..

  There is a shift time which switched to next day..

  Like : 2030 to 0500

  and user can Punch anytime and there is no limit of punching..
  and I have to find out that which one in InTime and which one is
  OutTime.

  I have done all the rest Three shifting..but stuck with this one.

  anyone can give me Idea pls.....

You should be able to get the time differential, despite crossing into the next day. Set a baseline at 2030, and look at all the time differentials from that time. Set ins and outs through comparing the relative magnitude of the differentials.

   difference between these : (2030 to 0530)
