Default New Form

Hello. Just a quick one.

Just being curious here but there are just a few things i would like to do but have no clue on how to go on about it.

I use the data manager to store records in a database.

Is there some sort of code I can use to:

1 - Add a new form when a new record is added / made

2 - Have the title of the new form the text that is entered in the 1st field e.g the text entered in the 1st field is Dan so the caption of the new form is Dan

I have a few other ides but im gonna leave them for another time so no one gets confused.

If anyone can supply me with any code I would be very thankfull.

Im new.  Please be gentle :)

i think you could make a template form for example it's name "form2"
and call it using

Dim frm1 As New Form2

'set it's controls
frm1.text1.text="????"

'show the form
frm1.show

but i am asking why you need aform to be created for each record inserted
