another one:
I closed the application. Opened it again and run that exe from the form. This time it opened up from another folder which is located at desktop too. I mean instead of "C:\Documents and Settings\hianxm\Desktop\QCM - testing\SEIENG.exe", it took this path
"C:\Documents and Settings\hianxm\Desktop\IAT\SEIENG.exe"
They both contained the exe file.

let me investigate the nature of exe file, will get back with more information. I was thinking it might have to do with the cach memory, but it is not. At any rate, do i need to flush the cache ?

"sigh"
couldn't find much detail about the exe file. It converts the binary data to ascii.
well, now I am thinking to do it other way around ie copy the other files to the exe file location. Will get back for more help( i wish not) on monday........too tired, exhausted, and beaten for now.
