Please where can I find the codes and resources relating to this book?

Code is not a thing, it is stuff. So it would not be “Where can I find the [u]codes</u>,” but “Where can I find the [u]code</u>.” And it would be “[u]this</u> code,” not “[u]these</u> codes” (just to clarify).

The code is printed in the book, so you could type it in. (Pretty good practice, if you are just beginning...)

I looked in Books 24-7 (http://skillport.books24x7.com), and that book is not carried there... (sorry)
