Default Obtaining Code for Visual Basic 6 Business Objects by Wrox

I have the "Visual Basic 6 Business Objects" book, written by Rockford Lhotka and published by Wrox Press Ltd.

I wonder if it's possible to obtain the code for that book. I searched the Wrox website and I'm not finding it.

His site is down at the moment but I think your best chance would be to check with the author at
www.lhotka.net
When Wrox was briefly out of business in 2003 before being purchased by Wiley, we lost the right to distribute this code to another publisher who prevents us from distributing it and doesn't distribute it themselves. Rocky may be able to help.
Sorry I can't be of more direct help.
