Default error in code?

Referring to Beginning V B 2012. Page No 118. Try it out 'For Each loop' The given code not working. gives error as 'strFolder not declared'. I tried declaring it but If declared at the start of button click event (as in earlier examples), it gives another some error like 'the variable overrides earlier declared variable'. Can somebody please tell me the exact way to declare variable (strFolders in this case) in for each loop

PS. the downloaded code also does not work.

Thanks.
