Default VB2015 Suggestion

First off, hello everyone :)
Second, I'm new to VB2015, and I'm trying to solve a specific problem. I don't need anyone to solve the problem for me, what I need is for someone to tell me what I'm looking for inside the BVB2015 book. Even what chapter. I can take care of the rest from there.

I need to create a file, from multiple texts inputs, and have it preserve those inputs in the file name. Essentially naming and creating a file from multiple text boxes in the same program. I do apologize for my lack of vocabulary, I'm new to programming as well.

Thank you for reading my post, and any help you may provide.
