Default Handle different text file formats in Biztalk

Hi

I have done flat file processing in Biztalk for a particular format using Biztalk editor. But now i Have to handle different flat file formats without causing much of a change.IS there any way out in Biztalk in which i can specify the specification to pick at runtime.
My application will download all text files from email and will store in a source directory where biztalk is going to pick up.This was working fine when i had only one format b'cos the XML specification was also defined..Now when different flat files are loaded in the source directory how will i make the Biztalk to know that it has to select its appropriate specification for the corresponding PO file.
I came across Self routing but not clear whether it would serve the purpose.

Kindly mail in incase you have the solution.

Thanks

In order to use self-routing, you would still need to define to BizTalk which document format to use. I suggest that your best bet would be to use different directories or file extensions for the different file formats, as you can set each BizTalk File Receive Function to look in a different directory or for a different filename extension.

Ramin
