I have a pretty simple envelope schema (and associated document schema) used by a pipeline that is used by a file receive location. Any file with a batch containing 1,234 records or less is successfully debatched and the messages are placed in the message box.

But, any file with more than 1,234 records is suspended. At this point, if I restart the host instance and then resume the suspended message, it works.

Any suggestions of what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
