HAT only showing Terminated instances

So i have a BizTalk Server 2004 implementation. Recently running queries from HAT doesn't turn up any activity when messages are flowing in and out of the the system as normal. It does however show a few Terminated Orchs, but those were the victims of restarting the services for a deployment. I was curious if anyone else had encountered this before. I feel so blind to the world :P
