Default Hello from the Authors

Hi All,
As the coordinating lead author, I'd like to second Patricia's greeting and invitation to write to us.
We hope that you find our book to be a great resource. And, we look forward to hearing from you. hmmmm... that brings up a couple of things.
One, like you, we are juggling many hats. So, as Patricia suggested, please be patient and understanding of our timing.
Two, I've gained a new appreciation about the need for errata sheets. Although the goal is to catch everything during various edit cycles, sometimes the changes actually cause the problem(s).

So, if you find errors, kindly check for corrections and let us know if we need to post more.

Most of all .... THANK you for reading our book and sharing your endorsements!!!

Smiles
Teresa Hennig
