Default Form Location Properties

The code on p.302 refers to the WindowHeight, WindowLeft, WindowTop and WindowWidth properties of a Form object. When coding in Access 2000 I can't find a WindowTop or WindowLeft property for a form object. Have these Form properties been added in more recent version of Access (i.e., Access 2003)?
