Default Pg 473 -474 Cascading Combo boxes

I have wrestled with the code to get the cascading combo boxes working using the example in the book and for 3 days I get the same results (Sub or Function not defined, with Me!cboCounty highlighted). I have added a watch to see if I could determine what was going on but it only tells me (Can't compile module)

I have used the code as written in the book, and the code that I downloaded, which are different, but get the same results. I have found out another way to get the cascading combo boxes working, but since I have spent 3 days on this particular example, I really would like to know what I am doing wrong. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
