Default Issues moving to SQL 2005 Server

Alright a synopsis of whats going on. I have a server with Win2k3 and .net2 installed, and also a copy of SQL 2k5 installed, I downloaded the zip from the asp.net site and it worked fine within SQL Express but when I deployed the application to the server I input a few articles into the DB through the input pages and I get the abstract pages but NOT the content that I included. I set up all the accounts as specified in the readme.txt and now I am just confused as to whats going on.

Can anyone help me before I go bald?

Update, I get the same issue when I try and add anything through the forums too, if this sheds any light?
