Hi there,

You're right. There is no TOC or sample chapter on the Wrox site. I am also not sure whether they'll be posted there. I think so, but I'll check with Wrox.

In the mean time, you can take a look at this unofficial TOC at the Library of Congress:

http://www.loc.gov/catdir/toc/ecip068/2006003345.html

Basically, the TOC is the same for each chapter: App Overview, Design and Architecture, Code Explanation, Installation instructions and a walk through for building an extension for each application.
Note that the walk through is not in the book, but in the "Bonus Content" folder on the CD-ROM and in the code download for the book on this site.

Hope this helps,

Imar

I'm working on getting this posted. I'm not sure why it isn't happening as soon as the book ships to the printer but we're looking at it and hopefully will have this up soon. Thanks.

The complete TOC is now posted at the book's web page:
http://media.wiley.com/product_data/...71749516-2.pdf

A sample chapter and index are also available there.
Sample chapter: http://media.wiley.com/product_data/...0471749516.pdf

index:
http://media.wiley.com/product_data/...71749516-1.pdf

Sorry for the meaningless "excerpt" descriptions on the book's main page:
http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...471749516.html

I'll work on getting those fixed too.
