I have a simple problem. After intalling the bugbase app I cannot use it from the workstation on which it is installed or any remote machine. The login page comes up, but after entering any predefined login/password combination, I get the error: "An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections."
Intalled on WinXP Pro.
I have tried all the recommendations I have seen on enabling SQL 2005 remote connections (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914277)
but no luck. Any Ideas as to what I am doing wrong? Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there,

Are you sure you installed SQL Server 2005 Express correctly on your machine? What happens when you run other web sites that try to use a database, like a brand new site with a CreateUserWizard on it?
