Default PhotoAlbum with MS Access

Dear all,

Do anybody have codes that make PhotoAlbum work with MS ACcess or MySQL? I can see the class created but need to change to work with MS Access.

Thank you for all comments.

regards,
Choong

Hi Choong,

AFAIK, there are no versions that work with Access directly. However, it's only a few lines of code inside the Dal folder that you need to change.

Check out the chapter the Wrox Blog to get some ideas about the differences between Access and SQL Server and how to use queries in Access to simulate stored procedures. Alternatively, you could change the code from the stored procedures to in-line SQL.

If you have specific questions about the conversion, feel free to post here, or in one of the other ASP.NET forums.

Cheers,

Imar
