Hi Imar,
In CMS application you are managing ContentTypes and Categories in two tables. But later on suppose we have another subcategory Politics and Sports classified in Recent News then would you create 3 tables to manage the scenario? How all this Parent Child relationship can be managed in single table?

Yes you are right, this subject is going on here, and at here. But I am not getting any answer. I also google it but did not find suitable solution.

The matter is to display list in nested form, as described in the above 2 links. I am storing ParentId and CatId in the same table and able to store them too.
