I have been able to setup the sample code, well almost. The database is ok, the site runs. However I get this error "MSDTC on server 'JoeBlogg' is unavailable", when I try to submit an order. Th e MSDTC service is running on local account. Which account I need it to run and what credentials?

First check to see if the DTC is started to do this go into control panel and then click services and click on DTC and click start and then try.I had to same problem and it worked for me.

As I said in my initial email, MSDTC is running on the local account.
