Default Question about the DB

I'm on Chapter 3, pages 85-87 working on the simple GridView exercise. He talks about connecting to a DB but what DB are we talking about here? (the sample screenshot shows SiteDB) Where do we get this DB or do we just makeup our own? Thanks!

There's a DB in the code download. By installing it in the app_data folder it will automatically be attached to a Sql 2005 Express DBMS. The readme in the code download tells you how to connect that DB to a full Sql Server, also.
