Default Buggy and Faulty code in Vb

I downloaded the VB.Net source code today and tried to open the solution in Visual Web Developer 2005. Then on re-building it, saw that there were 71 errors. Is this normal with the VB source code or I am doing something wrong? The only thing that seems to work is the creation of the database.

There were no build errors in the distribution project. I'm not familiar with Visual Web Developer 2005, but I can tell you that the solution was built in Visual Studio 2005 using ASP.Net and VB. I don't believe that the problem is related to the IDE.

You're welcome to contact me directly at the e-mail address and give me the information regarding those errors. Specifically, the originating source files and error descriptions. Be forewarned, my plate, due to the time of the year, is pretty full so it may take some time for me to get back with you.

You need to pay attention to the first real error - not warning. It's easy to miss the root error that's causing all the others. Look for the first real error message you see after you build.
