Source for MB.TheBeerHouse.CustomEvents.dll?

where is the source for MB.TheBeerHouse.CustomEvents.dll?

I can't seem to find it in the released source code.
Please point me to the source and how to build the .dll.

The code is listed on page 109. Make sure when you create the project that you remove the default namespace from the project configuration or it will compile and the namespaces will be wrong.
