Default Please HELP Very Basic Question

I have been strugling finding out where is the code to make the header menu 'Home Store Forum About Admin'?

I have been searching anyware in the file but does not seem to find how the menu is written in the code.

The code is placed in the Web.Sitemap file in the root folder. But it's just that for building the menu. In the Master Page of the website there is a SitemapDataSource control that provides the access to the Web.Sitemap for the Menu control.
