Default Sample Website

Hello,

I've tried to log into the sample site with userID SampleEditor and pwd sampleeditor as it says to but I keep getting an error saying the credentials are invalid.

Does anyone know if they have been changed?

Thanks in advance!

That account is good on my site. Is this on your local PC, or did you deploy the DB? If you deployed it, how did you deploy it?

When I downloaded the code there was a Readme.txt file that says:

The author's sample website:
   http://www.dotnet2themax.com/TheBeerHouse/Default.aspx

That's the site I'm trying to get into but the login info listed on the right-hand side doesn't work.

He didn't include those standard accounts on his published site, but it should work fine on your own site when you press F5. If you have SQL Express you can have it up within 30 seconds of unpacking the zip file. You should do testing on your own site whereever possible.
