Default Problems with SMTP

Hello! I have problem. I install site to IIS 6.0, but I have not my smtp server. I trying use:

<system.net>
<mailSettings>
<smtp deliveryMethod="Network" from="mymail@domain.net">
<network host="smtp.domain.net" port="25" userName="login" password="password" />
</smtp>
</mailSettings>
</system.net>

but recieve error:
"There was some problems processing your request. An e-mail with details about this error has already been sent to the administrator."

i have my e-mail on domen: mymail@domain.net
needs smtp server on my IIS?

help me, please....
