Chapter 2: HeaderMenu2 + Copyright question
First of all I'd like to compliment Marco with writing an excellent book. I had an idea to create a similar website framework, and it's awesome to see others have had similar ideas.
I have one problem with the Chapter 2 HeaderMenu. When I compile the site (I did just copy the .css file, images etc, from the downloadable code), my HeaderMenu (Home, Store, etc) shows up in the upperleft corner of the page (with both themes), rather than in the intended bar. Any hints to what I did wrong?
Another question I have is about the copyright to the code. Obviously there's a limited amount of ways to implement, for instance, a themeselector.
Are we allowed to use Marco's code, if we intend to commercially offer a webpage packet that does more or less the same thing the book offers? I have numerous ideas to extend the work done in the book, but am curious to find out exactly how much adapting or customising/rewriting code I'd have to do in order to be able to legally market a product?
Does anyone have any tips and pointers?
