gb,
my few reservations on the webwizguide plan are:
1. the storage of 800mb is going to be very close if you allow image/media uploads
2. the throput of 30GB looks a tad conservative also, when you consider that served images and media will require a lot of bandwidth
3. the single sql2005 database is going to be a real drag if you need a testing environment and/or want to use the host for multiple sites.
of course, all of the above can be overcome with careful design. for example, the limit of 800mb could be fine if you were to use amazon s3 for all your media storage. likewise, the bandwidth would follow suit with this (unless, you were using an http handler to cache the s3 downloads, which economically might make sense if you had no bandwidth restrictions). also, you could structure your database in such a way as to only need a single database that included paths to testing tables etc, but this will be both difficult to maintain and would add additional overhead in processing.
so, in a nutshell, i think there are better deals out there that wouldn't be so limiting. webhost4life was mentioned earlier. this has a plan at $19.50 (£8.75 UKP) a month that eclipses all of the features that webwizguide offers, so it's worth thinking about the features as well as the price.
just my 2 cents (or 1 UK pence) :)
