Default THB old Template... it´s time for a new look

So i think all users are a little bored about the face of the template of THB and it´s time for a change.

I am not goot at working with css so maybe someone could find a good template and customize it to fit thb websit and share it with all of us.

kherrerab - i agree totally. however, i think it'd be 'nice' to farm out the definitions to 'proper' css design peeps (per website) and see what these guys (and that means gals too!) come up with. tbh (as in 'to be honest') i spend 99% of my time in c# code when i KNOW that i should be engaging more with the design process. to this end, i find the distraction (tho' a noble art) just that - distraction. 'we' need to get designers onboard with 'static' definitions who'll be able to supply a css file that will fit without compromise, all tbh sites (across all browser permutations).

is it a pipedream, or should we pro-actively start to extend the tenticles out and challenge cutting edge designers with this brief??

you decide :)

i´m really happy with my tbh site.. it has no bugs and works perfect... i´m just transmiting the feelings of all of my users.

For example changing the header image to a flash one and all the layouts of the template would be great..

Maybe someone could come out with something to share about this.

kherrerab - no better place than here to air your thoughts!!. i was perhaps thinking beyond the addition of flash and more thinking of the actual semantics of designers looking 'blandly' at the css definitions and giving 'alternative' ergonomic views based on that.

for me, at the end of the day, it has to be simple and ergonomic. that is why i tend to have a BIG %age of my mind geared twds the display objects when designing the BLL. this is why i think we could have some great 'generic' alternates from some talented css designers on tbh (a bit like cssgarden i suppose, if an ageed 'standard' was adopted) which would kick off the framework big-time.

anyway - thoughts to play with.
