Default F5 (Refresh) adds a new record after postback

Hi!
Have anyone solve this ugly bug?

It's not a bug. That's common behaviour for a webpage. There's a reason why a lot of sites (when you fill in a form and submit by means of clicking a button) will list a warning stating you should not hit the button multiple times.

One way to avoid this from happening is disabling the button on a button_click, but that might not fully solve your problem.

If I remember correctly, the issue has been raised here before as well.
