One of the users forgot his password and secret answer. The DB is encrypted, so that is no plain text that I can know the password and answer.

If there is any ways that I can do to find out the password and answer without deleting his current username and recreate his profile again....

Ho jophie,

You could cheat a little and reset a password of another account to a known value. Then use the hashed / encrypted value from that account to manually change the other account.....
