Hi:
I just noticed that the shopping cart allows you to submit order even if you do not fill in address as long as you're logged in. The code has RequiredField Validator control in the shopping cart page but its not working.

Has this been fixed somewhere? Would you please post link if so?

I just checked this other beerhouse online sample:
http://www3.gamhan.com/BeerHouse/Default.aspx and it doesn't work either.

If you put something in the cart, it requires you to sign in to complete the order, but after signing in, i was able to submit order with no address at all, not even country. It went to pay pal's sandbox.

I was able to fix it by removing ValidationGroup="ShippingAddress" entirely from the entire page. Now it works.
