Just downloaded the sample code for the beerhouse but after decompresing the rar it doesn't seem to include the mdf file needed to be deployed on the SQL server express edition. Can anyone tell me where I can find the mdf file???

Yes, I checked the app_data folder but it is empty.

What is the link you downloaded this from? And are you sure you're talking about the 2.0 book by Marco Bellinaso?

I just downloaded it myself to check, using the HTTP link on the first item shown.

The ASPNETDB.mdf file is right there, under TheBeerHouse/TBH_Web/App_Data .

Oops yes I can see it, I was looking for a file named TheBeerhouse.mdf.
