Default No Bin folder/ dll.how to create Public Token key....???

Hi,
I just finished 4 chapter (Membership). When i run the application then it is working fine but when i click on 'login' or 'New User' then it gives me an error that no assembly exists with the given public key.

Actualy i used the public key same as given in the books. So how can i create public key because i dont see any bin folder in my solution. I build the solution successfully and although i have pointed a snk file in project property, but donot have any bin folder.
So i am hanging.....can't go ahead....
Plz help.
Thanks,
A.Azad
