Default ASP.NET runtime error

Hi there, am having problem opening theBeerHouse application in Visual Studio. below is the error I get "ASP.NET runtime error: it is an error message a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication beyon application level......"

Pls can some one help me out, I really need solution thanks.
