Default Work with silverlight

Hi i'm thinking of seeing what the framework would work like using Silverlight as i would have to create a web service to provide the information to the form would it would it work with just create a service and passing the validation errors around and on save passing them back to the SL app?

I haven't implemented this framework with a Silverlight application but it could work. The UI layer would have to be changed to use Silverlight but the business layer and data layer would stay the same. The same concept exists for using this framework with a WinForms application. The UI layer would be different but the BLL and DAL would be the same.
